On February 4, 2010, Sen. Norris passed SJR746 to commemorate the bicentennial of the Cumberland Presbyterian denomination. Sen. Norris and Lt. Gov. Ramsey were joined on the floor by Robert and Glene Rush. Mr. Rush is the current Stated Clerk of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, headquartered in Cordova.
