From February 23-24, Sen. Norris and his staff hosted the 2010 Dyer County Leadership class for their trip to Nashville and Capitol Hill.
 
On July 29, 2010, Sen. Norris visited the Memphis offices of AT&T and APL, where each staff collected goods to donate to the Ronald McDonald House Charities in a competition between the two companies.  Sen. Norris was impressed by the large amount of items collected and remarked, "In this contest, everybody wins."
